Thank you for guiding us through buying a new home and selling our old one. I am writing this letter so that you may use it as a reference for future clients.
I strongly recommend Scott Naida for your real estate transactions. He did a wonderful job in obtaining the best price for our current home and was very thorough in selling our first home.
Scott was quite skilled at getting excellent value for the amount of money we wished to spend on our new home. He was able to give us clear estimates regarding the value of the homes we were looking to purchase and explained how he was coming to such estimates. We felt that with his insight, we could be confident that the home we were purchasing was not overvalued.
In our situation, we were very interested in a home that was just a bit too much for our price range. Part of the problem was that it needed a number of expensive repairs. Scott was able to negotiate an arrangement in which we paid less for the home than anticipated and some of the repairs were done (by the seller) prior to the sale. In my opinion, Scott is able to see good opportunities and guide his clients toward such opportunities when they occur. I believe that Scott's efforts were responsible for our successful purchase of our new home.
Mr. Naida carefully sold our old home, applying a common-sense strategy to ensure an optimal sale. He chose a price that would maximize our options and value during the sale. The timing of advertising, and taking of Offers was well thought out. Scott gave useful advice about the presentation of our previous home so as to increase it's appeal to potential buyers. (He even climbed the roof to clean the outside of the front windows!)
I think Scott is an excellent real estate agent. He provides great service by looking for opportunities, using common-sense strategies and communicating his approaches very clearly to the client.
